A little about the role...
The role I play as the Growth & Innovation Manager is very diversified but, in essence, I am:
- the innovator who seeks and develops ideas and handles innovation projects.
- the enabler who creates structures and processes so that innovation can happen in organisations. As the promoter, especially in the field of culture, I work to persuade and disseminate the necessary knowledge of innovation to help grow the business.
The value it brings...
Although not a typical role within a financial services firm, it's one I passionately believe adds significant value, especially for startups wanting to set off on the right foot and for those firms wanting to transform what they do and how they do it.
